At Troldtekt, we believe that acoustic comfort and a healthy indoor climate are important prerequisites for good building quality. Troldtekt acoustic panels have been produced from wood and cement from Danish sources since 1935. We design, develop and manufacture our acoustic panels in Denmark using local materials and in modern conditions.
Since 2015, Troldtekt GmbH has been present in Germany with the first office being established in Hamburg. In 2022, Troldtekt became part of the Irish Kingspan Group, which supplies highly efficient building materials to the global construction market.

Troldtekt® Plus 25
Welcome to Troldtekt Plus 25 - the obvious choice for schools, offices and other types of buildings with high acoustic requirements.
With a panel thickness of only 25 mm, the panel absorbs up to 90 percent of the sound (αw = 0.90) when installed at an installation height of 200 mm. This corresponds to Class A sound absoprtion.
Troldtekt Plus 25 is a two-layer panel with a thin layer of acoustic fleece on the rear to ensure enhanced acoustic performance. The solution is the same size and weight as a traditional 25 mm Troldtekt acoustic panel. This makes it easy to stack, cut, lift and assemble on site.

Troldtekt based on FUTURECEM™
The cement in the Troldtekt wood wool panels ensures the strength, durability and fireproofing properties of the acoustic panels. However, the cement is also responsible for almost the entire CO2 footprint of the acoustic panels. FUTURECEM from Aalborg Portland utilises the synergy between calcined clay and lime fillers. This makes it possible to replace a significant part of the burnt clinker in the cement.
Troldtekt acoustic panels based on FUTURECEM have a lower CO2 footprint over the entire life cycle than acoustic panels based on conventional cement:
26 percent lower than Troldtekt panels based on grey cement
38 percent lower than Troldtekt panels based on white cement.
You get the same good acoustics, effective fire performance and durability as our traditional panels.

Troldtekt ist Cradle to Cradle Certified® at Gold level
Since 2012, Troldtekt´s business strategy has been based on the internationally recognised Cradle to Cradle concept.
The vision behind Cradle to Cradle is a world where manufacturers develop their products for a circular economy - where the materials can be fed into new loops.
All Troldtekt acoustic panels in natural wood and standard colours, including the non-combustible A2 acoustic panels and the new Troldtekt panels based on FUTURECEM, are Cradle to Cradle Certified® at Gold level. Decisive for the gold certification was that the new colour formulations for the standard colours white, grey and even black were used in production.
Troldtekt has beed Cradle to Cradle Certified® at Gold level since 2022.
