The Meeting Agency

The new Scandic hotel in Kødbyen, Copenhagen, has a large capacity, with 370 rooms and associated facilities. There is also space for large conferences in a separate part of the building called the Meeting Agency.

From the hotel foyer, you can reach the Meeting Agency on the other side of the courtyard via a wide corridor. There is also direct access from Skelbæksgade. You will be greeted by an inviting green environment with large spatial variation.

From Vesterbro’s raw and rustic setting, you enter rooms designed and created with links to the creative and vibrant meat packing district. The innovative conference centre offers great flexibility and can be adapted to the need for small and large rooms alike. There is a large auditorium which can hold 310 people, as well as spaces for creative thinking and developing new ideas.

Creative environment

Black Troldtekt acoustic ceilings have been chosen throughout the many different rooms, as a unifying element that also conceals installations and prevents them from interfering with the experience of the room.

Good acoustics are also vital for a successful day in The Meeting Agency, whether you are attending a large conference or brainstorming in comfortable furniture. The interiors also feature green plants, warm colours and soft carpets.
